Due to the nature of our services and products, ProIV Unlimited does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any services rendered, memberships, subscriptions, medical services, prescription products, supplements, or other items purchased through our platform.

Once a service has been booked, provided, or an item has been purchased or shipped, no refunds will be issued, including for unused services, missed appointments, dissatisfaction with results, or changes in personal circumstances.

By completing a purchase with ProIV Unlimited, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that you are fully responsible for all charges incurred.

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.
