ProIV Unlimited ships products within California. 

Eligibility for Shipping
Shipping is available only to customers located outside of Orange County, California ZIP codes. Customers within Orange County, CA may be required to receive products or services through local fulfillment options where applicable.

Shipping Methods
All products are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2-Day Shipping, depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment requirements. Shipping method selection is determined by ProIV Unlimited.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All shipped products are packaged with ice and temperature-control materials to help maintain product integrity during transit. While we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure proper packaging, ProIV Unlimited is not responsible for temperature fluctuations or carrier-related delays once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed after patients are cleared for services and payment is received and verified. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. ProIV Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. ProIV Unlimited is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
