Annual exam to ensure that patient is cleared for IV Therapy/Injections, and Peptides. They are required for all new patients, existing patients if a year has passed since previous exam, and existing patients whose health has changed. If you are a new patient or existing patient read below:

Option 1: Purchasing an IV Drip with/without Injections = One "Exam"

Option 2: Purchasing an vitamin/medication injections = ONE "Exam"

Option 3: Puchasing an IV Drip with/without injections and purchasing peptides (not GLPs) = TWO "Exams"

Option 4: Purchasing only standard peptides (not GLPs) or only GLP peptides = ONE "Exam"

Option 5: Purchasing standard peptides (not GLPs) and GLP peptides = TWO "Exams"

Option 6: Purchasing an IV Drip with/without injections, standard peptides (not GLPs), and GLP peptides = THREE "Exams"
